This little guy is Marley. He is a black and white Shichon a designer breed between a Shihtzu and Bichon Frise. Yappiness is not an issue with the Shichon dog breed, Shichons are excellent with children and quite a tolerant breed where kids are concerned. they also make great apartment dogs as they get enough excercise playing.
