Hi,My name is Tammy.I'm a little female King Charles Cavalier. I'm Blenheim in color,that means that I'm a Rich Chestnut on a Pearl White background. I have a bit of a story to you about how my I got my name& my back ground. In the 1800's my cousin the Spaniel was the pet to be had by nobleman & their families.Then the Pug became a hit. But King Charles love the look of the Spaniel & the size of a Pug. So,in1852,he cross breed the two breeds & that's how I came to be. There are traditionally 4 colors to my breed,Blenheim,Tri-colored,Ruby & Black & Tan.We are the largest of the toy breeds, averaging between 9-18 lbs. Blenheim my color was name after ,The Battle of Blenheim in the 1800's & Blenheim Place,where John Churchill the 1st. Duke of Marlbough.He raised our breed & loved my coloring.
